Missing Link ("the App") is a mobile game developed by RAS ("we", "us"). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The App generates a random anonymous identifier on your device. No personal information is required to play. You may optionally choose a display name, which is visible on leaderboards.
You can optionally link a Google or Apple account for cross-device progress sync. If you link an account, we store your authentication provider ID alongside your player data. We do not store your email address, password, or profile photo.
We store your game progress, scores, puzzle history, XP, level, streak data, and achievements in Google Cloud Firestore.
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send push notifications about new puzzles and daily challenges. Your device token is stored to deliver these notifications. You can disable notifications in your device settings at any time.
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous crash reports and diagnostic data to improve app stability. No personal information is included in crash reports.
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with:
Game data is retained as long as your player account exists. You can delete your data at any time — see our Account Deletion page.
