How do I save my progress?

Your progress is saved automatically on your device. To sync across devices, link your Google or Apple account in the Profile screen.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Settings and tap "Fortschritt zurücksetzen" (Reset Progress). This permanently deletes all your data. See our Account Deletion page for full details.

I lost my progress. Can I recover it?

If you linked a Google or Apple account before losing your data, your progress can be restored by signing in on a new device. If you did not link an account, your data cannot be recovered.

How does the Daily Challenge work?

Every day there's a new puzzle for all players. Complete it to earn XP and compete on the daily leaderboard. No backtracks allowed!

What is a streak freeze?

If you miss a day of playing, a streak freeze automatically protects your streak so it doesn't reset. You get one streak freeze to use.

The app is crashing. What should I do?

Try restarting the app. If the issue persists, make sure you have the latest version installed and contact us with details about your device and the issue.
